We recently developed a Master Plan for a resort on a wonderful site in Oman. This site shall become an unrivalled tourist draw with many facilities soon. The beach next to the site is beautiful and white-sanded and the seawater is so clear that one can dive, swim and fish! Moreover, throughout the year the air has the nice temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. The crowning glory will be a floating hotel with three floors (one under sea level with underwater view) in front of the resort.
