The Floating Units in a Nutshell

Between 2013 and 2018, New Living on Water developed 8 different types of units: 3 Floating Residences (2000m², 1000 m² and 200 m²), 1 Floating Hotel (2000 m²) and 4 Floating Lodges (150 m², 120 m², 90 m² and 60 m²). The 2 large floating residences and the floating hotel have 3 floors (one under sea level with underwater view). The small residence has 2 floors. The floating lodges consist of one floor, varying from a studio to a unit with 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Touristic Developments on Water Worldwide

Our floating residences and lodges are ideally suited for touristic goals anywhere in the world. They are perfect for independent private (holiday) accommodation, for independent units of an apartment hotel (different sizes/price ranges can easily be combined) and can easily serve as satellite-hotel rooms in combination with our floating hotel or a hotel situated on land. All units have been developed in such a way that they can be combined in various compositions without losing any of their uniqueness.

Optionally Autarkic

All our designs are optionally autarkic; independency of the grid is then achieved by the application of solar cells, private drinking water supply system and sewage water purification. Of course, all designs can be connected to the electricity network and the sanitation facilities as well.

Professional Team

We have it all: our professional team consists of skilled and experienced Dutch architects and engineers, all experts when it comes to creating residences on water in maximum luxury with the use of renewable energy sources and sustainable and environmentally friendly materials at the same time. Moreover, we can rely on our large worldwide professional network for expertise that might be needed in specific circumstances (wave breaking calculations, wave penetration studies etc.).
